Our delivery area currently includes only the countries Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH region).

The shipping costs within Germany are a flat rate of €5.90. Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €100.

Shipping costs within the EU region are a flat rate of €19.90 and are exclusively sent via express shipping.

How long does delivery take within the DACH region?

Delivery time within the DACH region is usually 2-4 working days. However, please note that there might be delays in delivery by the shipping service provider.

Within Germany, deliveries via express shipping by DHL can be delivered the next day. For this service, we charge €19.90.

Can I have my order delivered to a Packstation?

Yes, we also offer delivery to Packstations within the DACH region.

Is delivery to a different address possible?

Yes, delivery to a different address within the DACH region is possible. Please provide the desired delivery address when placing the order.

Can I pick up my order myself?

Unfortunately, self-pickup is currently not possible. However, we deliver quickly and reliably within the DACH region.
